Atlantique - 1/3 creme de cafe, 2/3 Cognac

Eduard - 2/3 Cognac, 1/3 Cointreau, top it off with club soda

Magnolia - 1 measure Curacao red, 1 egg yolk, 3 measures Cognac, top it of with Champagne

Viguer - 2/3 white wine, 1/3 Cognac, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Sour - 2/3 Cognac, 1/3 lemon juice, sugar syrup, cherry

Lancé Franc - 2 cl Cognac, ice cubes, orange juice, touch of strawberry cream

Cognac Floater - ice cubes, club soda, add Cognac so it stays on the top

Cognac de Zéro Heure Tendre - touch of of raspberry liqueur, 3cl Cognac, Champagne, 2 - 3 fresh raspberries 

Convergence - 1/7 Pineau, 1/7 Cognac, 5/7 orange juice, touch of strawberry cream

Speed - 1/6 orange juice, 1/6 lemon juice, 1/3 apricot liqueur, 1/3 Cognac

Ritz - 1/6 creme de cacao, 1/6 kirsch, 2/3 Cognac, cherry (created at the Ritz, Paris)

Flip Beer - 1 egg yolk, a bit of lemon juice, small glass of Cognac; top it of with cold beer in a tall glass

Hold-Up - in the shaker; sugar syrup, 1/5 Cognac, 3/5 fresh orange juice, 1/5 lemon juice, drop of Malibu

Side Car - in the shaker; 1/4 lemon juice, 1/2 Cognac, 1/4 Cointreau, shake it

Daisy - juice of 1/2 lemon, same volume of grenadine, 5 cl Cognac, club soda 

Toddy - 1 teaspoon sugared coffee, 1 teaspoon coffee, Mix it and add glass of Cognac, touch of lemon juice, a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg

Lait Rose - 2 teaspoons of strawberry syrup, 3 cl Cognac, 1 big glass of cold milk
